I let Leanne know when I needed a flight to India months before I was leaving, a few weeks later she rung me with a very reasonable price with Malaysia airlines.
After the unfortunate incidents with this airline Leanne called me and offered us the change in airline, she was really on the ball, we rebooked without any fuss or drama, I might mention that I let another travel company know where and when I wanted to travel and still waiting for the call, needless to say who I will be traveling with in the future
