I have recently had many visits to this vet with a sick kitten. I like that it is a small practise, so the vet gets to know you and I've never waited more than a few minutes past appointment time (i hate waiting). I dislike large impersonal vets where you're just a number. I found the vet (Simon) really knowledgable, always willing to answer my questions and very thorough. Like all vets, I always dislike the bill at end, but that won't change by going somewhere else. I haven't recieved better service from past vets with past pets, in fact this well surpases past vets.

The guys at Epsom Rd vet really reassured me when my dog had to undergo surgery. They explained everything that I needed to do to get puppy back on her feet and have been great during all her checkups too.
