We had an issue with our drains, Phil was able to come out within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and conscientious.
I would use again and not hesitate to recommend.

We decided to hook up our rain water tanks to our toilets to try to save our water bills and do a little something for the environment. We found Phil Harvey's Environmental Plumbing Concepts ad in the Leader. He was very professional, thorough and did an excellent job
