These guys offer great products but if you are looking for customer service, go anywhere else. I constantly needed to chase them up to book in the install after I had paid a deposit, and after the install the system was not functioning properly. They told me they would come out asap to fix the problem but after more than 3 months I still can’t get anything more than excuses as to why they haven’t been able to come out and fix the problem. Would never use them again or recommend to anybody.

Terrible communication and never followed through with their commitments. They initially provided great and advice and responses right up to the point of paying a deposit and trying to book in install. From then on they were impossible to communicate with to book in an install date. Following install we had problems with one of the components in our system and over 3 months on, Energy Assist still wont come out to fix the problem. Would never recommend or use these guys again. Once your money is paid, forget about getting any customer service again.

We were looking to install solar panel system early last year and dropped in to their showroom to do some research. Dolf was very helpful in explaining the different aspects of a solar panel system. We later got quotes for a few options from them but did not go ahead yet until much later. They were never pushy and still extended us the same friendly and helpful service even after the long wait. They have good communication and very professional installation. Very happy with our system.
