The BBQ duck and Soya chicken here has always been one of my favorite. I've never been inside the restaurant personally but only buying takeaway to bring home and eat dinner with my partner. They have been pretty consistent over the years. They have never overcook or under cook any of my meats or forget to put in the sauces. The only complaint I do have is when they finish chopping up my meat and putting it into a bag its all done by the same person. Even the person taking the money from me and handing me the bag so their hands are oily. The change they hand me back are oily. Last but not least the plastic bag holder is oil so I always have to have tissue prepared to wipe down the bag and my hands. Other than that I have no complaints.

They got many varieties of dim sum; steamed dumplings are my favourite food there. Yum Cha is good there; their foods are yummy and authentic;and the price is not expensive for the portions of food they serve. The place is clean and spacious.however, the food was fresh and didn't leave me wanting for more. Give it a go I reckon!
IT IS AMAZING. Although it is quite quiet in the afternoons, it is definitely something that shouldn't be overlooked!
It was quite good but not the best, the place was very small and not the nicest decor. The service was good and it was pretty cheap compared to other yum cha and Chinese restaurants in the city and haymarket.
Food is pretty tasty here and is also quite reasonably priced. The service is fine and the atmosphere is calming.
Emporer's Gardenr is often touted as for its excellent Chinese roast/BBQ meats, but after having dinner here yesterday, I reckon it's overhyped. We has the roast duck rice and the BBQ pork rice combinations. The roast duck was alright though I'd have preferred a darker, crispier skin on the bird. The BBQ pork was a let-down - too fatty, too thick and no yummy charred edges. Rice portions are extrememly generous but the 3 skinny choy sum stalks (literally) barely offset the oily meatiness of the meal. Overall, decent joint to eat but there are better places for this type of meal at lower prices (EG is relatively more expensive), especially in Chinatown.

Went here before a concert for yum cha. Food was ok but nothing too special. Service was great, staff were very nice and even when I whispered something to my friend about wanting soy sauce upon being given dumplings, the staff member went and got it without even being asked. It was a very nice day out. Its good that the restaurant is two levels because it is quite busy. The pricing was quite good value. Would go back again if I was in the area but probably wouldn't make the trip out of the suburbs just for this restaurant.
Great value for money. I often visit for a quick casual dine in or take away. The food is very tasty and the prices are quite reasonable. Service is as expected for a restaurant of this nature.

A very pleasant dining experience. A great variety of choices on the menu. A bottle shop is across the road which is handy as it is a BYO restaurant. A little crowded but to be expected in the city. Decor not great but the food is.
Emporer Garden offers fast and responding staff service- they are always quick off their toes! the food is also delicious, though one of our dishes arrived slightly cold. nonetheless, will be back again
