I found Emma through a google search while planning a family holiday to Caloundra in July 2013. I couldn't find any other reviews so I thought I would put one out there to others who might be looking for a review. A family portrait session is an investment and it can be a big leap of faith to book in with someone when you don't know their work first hand and you're only going to be in the area a few days! Emma was very accommodating and even switched the day for us when our family became ill during our holiday and we couldn't make the shoot. She met us at a wonderful location and was wonderful with our children (ages 5 and 1) who can be very tough customers. We also wanted some photos commemorating our 20 year wedding anniversary and she was receptive to that as well. She was insightful when it came to lighting and poses. She silently understood a woman's need to accentuate the positives (and hide the negatives!). Overall she took our cues, she had a very neutral and gentle demeanor that didn't overshadow our own dynamics. We ended up with lots of amazing photographs that will be part of our cherished family memories forever. Many thanks to Emma for all of her work in capturing our memories!
