I've been to this salon 4 times now and have always found them on time, clean and reasonably priced. Some of the staff could be a little friendlier though.

Both myself and my daughter have been customers of Emma Louise for a number of years. We have always found them to be professional, caring and friendly, and cost wise very competitive. The girls are wonderful and always fit us in when we call at the last minute. We love being part of the Emma Louise family.

I had never been to this salon before but I was desperate for a facial. I found this place on the internet. I called up and they were very helpful and were able to book me in for that day.
When I arrived I was taken to a room that had no ceiling and throughout the whole facial all I could hear was the other staff talking and they were playing loud music. Definitely not relaxing!
While the lady that completed my facial was lovely the products stung my face and I felt she really didn't have any idea what she was doing. I paid my money and left. I still receive text messages to go and have microdermabrasions there. Not interested! Don't waste your money.
