Looks fabulous but expensive and poor quality. Purchased multiple items, none of which where acceptable; undercooked, tasteless, soggy, fell apart. If we lived closer would have taken the whole lot back. Staff unhelpful. Limited tables and they were filthy with bins overflowing. Very disappointed.

Large and super busy on weekends bakery that has plenty to choose from and a great feel when you walk inside. Plenty of tables and a wonderful array of delights are on offer to choose from.

Bustling with atmosphere! This large scale bakery & dine-in café offers an extensive range of cakes, sweets, slices, quiches & more! All scrumptious in appearance & taste! A must try if you're in the area

The Emerald Villiage Bakery has it all! My favourite is the chicken and Camembert pie. They serve beautiful coffee, have a great atmosphere. My only gripe is I wish they had custard cannoli instead of cream filled!

The bakery is always busy and has a great atmosphere. The key to the bakery success would have to be the vast range of food to choose from.

We stumbled into the Emerald Village Bakery this weekend looking for a quick bite before catching Puffing Billy from Emerald back down to Belgrave. What a find!

There was one display of fabulous baked goods after another, something to keep the kids and adults happy. We sampled the hot pizza, awesome toasted sandwich (with ham, cheese and other delicious veggie goodness), hot spinach and ricotta roll, pizza roll, muffins and other sweet delights. Everything was fresh and yummy. Four of us had lunch and something sweet to takeaway for $25 (not inc coffee) which given the quality was really reasonable. The girls serving were really friendly and efficient despite being very busy.

The one let down was the wait for a takeaway coffee... can't recall the last time I waited at least 8 minutes for a takeaway coffee, good thing it was a great coffee!

Will definitely be dropping in again next time we're in the area!

This place is amazing! I really have no appropriate words to describe this place....the staff are wonderful. Very helpful and very friendly. The food is really out of this world! fresh great taste and well worth what you pay for it. Popular little place and can get quite busy at times but the wait is worth it!

This is not a standard bakery, it is way more. There is a complete collection of cakes, biscuits and gourmet food as well as lunch items. The place has just been fully renovated end 2012 and looks great - maybe a Byron Bay feel. I have gone there many times as a trip out in itself. Only negs - can be very packed on weekend peak times - often have live music but way too loud for the venue

The service in this bakery is abysmal. The staff show disdain and are totally unfriendly. Their cakes and bread are probably above average but I no longer choose to frequent the place because of the service. I did recently purchase a birthday cake which was overpriced and dry - most of it was thrown out. And it beats me why people choose to sit amongst the traffic when there are better choices for cafes nearby. Disappointing as I prefer to support local businesses.
