Been here quite a few times, always great service that is relaxing, and professional. Don't pester you to buy stuff like most salons which is a turn off.
The only downside is sometimes other clients/staff are too loud in a-joining rooms and its hard to block it out and just relax If you are having a massage.
Will return.

I had my manicure done here couple of times. I found there service quite average. The staffs were friendly.

I've been here three times, the first time I had a gift card for a facial and it was very relaxing but didn't do much for my skin. The second time I had a face wax, overpriced but fair results. The third time I had a full leg and g-string wax- it was the most painful wax I've ever had and massive strips were missed. I was refunded my money when I came back the next day to show the manager.
Nice staff, but I don't love the salon and feel like they could do with better training.

I didn't think that the service offered was worth the money. I wouldn't go back again as the service wasn't great.

I'd walked past this store several times, but this time decided to see what they had to offer. I was greeted by friendly staff who were very professional, giving me plenty of advice without trying to sell me any products. They also gave me some samples so that I could trial their products, which I was really happy with. I ended up going back to have my eyebrows reshaped & tinted, which was over in minutes & looked amazing!

Needed a last minute apppointment last Saturday and they obliged after I had been denied at another location. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. I also wasn't pestered to buy any products for home use
