I was lucky enough to have been given a gift voucher for Ella's Beauty Room so I can't comment on the costs. However I was warmly welcomed and offered a cold drink while I waited. I the had the most enjoyable and relaxing facial. I love that no one tried to sell me anything. Lovely atmosphere and great facial. Will definitely go back.

I recently had a manicure here. They were the first business to come up when I did a Google search based on my location.

I very rarely treat myself to things like manicures but I was very impressed on this occasion.

The girls were very friendly and engaged in chat for the duration of my appointment, which I'd made on the spur of the moment only an hour or so prior!

I was provided with a drink and cookies and copious magazines to read while I waited for my nails to dry.

As a new customer I was also given a voucher to put towards future use.

I will definitely return in the near future for another mani and perhaps some of the other services they provide.
