On my recent trip to Devonport, I ventured into the Elimatta Hotel and ordered the eye mignon, costing me $29. I'd have to say the eye fillet was first class, with a generous serving of of chips, salad and button mushroom sauce. I didn't have room for desert, so well worth the price, in a pleasant dining room with views of the Mersey river.

Every time I've gone here in the past 12 months the service has become slower and slower. Their order taking process leaves a lot to be desired. It needs to be overhauled. Having a queue snaking through the dining room pat tables is just not good. The food is okay, but the meals seem to have shrunk while the prices have increased.
I definitely wouldn't choose to go here and only do when it's prearranged by someone else for a birthday etc.

Excellent meals and great prices. Very friendly service and excellent communication. Great atmosphere. Great variety on the menu. Chefs were dressed to standard for kitchen. Great all round. Would recommend to everyone and anyone.
