Element 6 is one of my go-to cafes for a delicious brunch! Our usual order is the garlic mushrooms with poached eggs, haloumi, baby spinach, roasted tomato and sourdough, and our favourite - the smashed avocado with whipped goats cheese, poached egg and herb salad on sourdough. Looks alot like a plate of leaves when it arrives but all the flavours together are so fresh and delicious! Highly recommended, the staff are all lovely too.
