I cannot believe how absolutely terrible this place is. The staff member the apprentice there is actually the worst hairdresser I have ever come across. I went in with reddish hair and I specifically said to them that I would keep it red unless they thought they could make it a light brown colour. To which they said that they could do and so I got it done. I came out with red roots and greyish blonde highlights.. When I expressed to them how upset I was about the results I was told that "It had blended together nicely" and that "they were never going to be able to get rid of the red" to which I say why didn't you tell me that to begin with then I would have kept it red.. I ended up going back and getting it "fixed" by another staff member now I have dark brown hair with blonde highlights.. not what I wanted at all. I will never go back there. Ever.. and I recommend that if you do go there make sure you ask for the management.
