Stores fine. Although there is never enough staff to service the high volume of customers during busy sale times however the staff that are there are friendly and on point

The only place I will go to get my games. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and usually know all the goss on new games and limited edition content. Sometimes you have to wait to be served as they do get very busy but it is definetly worth dealing with them as it is always great service.

Very friendly staff who know there stuff. Always seem to have a sale on, and the prices are fairly decent. Always a better deal out there though. Store is always busy whenever i'm in there and it can be a little hard to move in there at times.

Service was good plenty of sales in shop not much room though and a little busy. Perhaps needs another sales attendant?
