this is a great company for kids who want to update their gaming equipment. my son took his old Xbox in with some games. luckily we kept the box so they gave him a trade in total of $400 towards an upgrade

This is the only place I shop for my games, they have them before other stores and they match any price from other stores which is great because you can return games up to a week after purchasing them if you aren't satisfied which most places who probably sell the game cheaper won't do.

The staff are friendly and always know what they're talking about, if they don't know something they find it out for you.

They hold amazing sales where you can pick up a great bargain or two and often hold events for new games which are extremely fun and entertaining.

This is the only place I go to when shopping for PC or console games for my kids.
The staff is highly knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer to your question they usually try very hard to find out for you.

They have a big range of games, used and new, for the three main gaming consoles but only new games for PCs.

For the consoles, you have two weeks to return used games and one week to return new games if you don't like them and they'll give you a full refund if your discs are undamaged. We've never had a problem there. They don't do this for PC games though.

The store is always brightly lit and clean and a pleasure to shop in because the staff don't harass you.

They regularly have sales and promotions, so you're always sure to get a bargain.

You can also trade old games and consoles for in-store credit which has come in handy for us a few times.

I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for video games and/or consoles.
