I have experienced exceptional customer service within this EB Games store! My son and I were enthusiastically greeted by 'Sarg' and 'James' upon entering the premises to enquire about purchasing an online gaming headset. Their product knowledge was outstanding, coupled with advice relating to their personal experience with each product. I thought it was very nice of the guys to speak directly to my young son and patiently answer all his questions. My son is extremely pleased with his purchase and appreciative of 'Sarg' and 'James' encouragement to call them if he had any issues with installing his new device.
