We had our split system air con topped up with refrigerant as it was low and not cooling very well. After the work was done it was very cold and we were happy. He did a few checks and made sure it was working. But the original cause of the low refrigerant wasn't investigated, so nine months later it is low again and we have poor cooling.

Exactly the same thing happened to us with Eastwood Heating and Cooling... this guy came out and got our evaporated cooling working for about a week and then it broke down again... I tried calling him but gave up as he never returned my call. I found out that he never replaced the valve he charged me for.. Not happy customer!
