They initially installed a heat pump water heater. They were straightforward, punctual, showed us how we could benefit from solar (which we’d thought not possible, as our house didn’t face north). They then installed this professionally and followed through on all the checks, paperwork etc you need to obtain feed-in tariffs. Clearly knew what they were doing.
