Definitely would not recommend this firm for property management. Some of their staff clearly have no clue and Lindsay seems to think that paying for their mistakes makes up for the incompetence. a big fat ZERO from me.

We have been with them since 2007. In fact, we purchased our investment property from them. And we listed it for rental through them. They started out well but their services deteriorated over the years. Very high turnover of property managers and the quality of their property managers deteriorated with each staff turnover. The most recent manager was so unprofessional that she could not even bother to perform property inspection properly. A window was broken, new flooring destroyed and the property was not professionally cleaned - AND they refunded the tenant's bond in FULL! We used to be able to get good response back from the owner but these days, he does not seem to care as well. If you are owners of investment properties and looking to lease it, do NOT ever go to this mob. They are highly unprofessional, does not keep you informed, does not not care when you contact them and worse, they tell you they do not know what the previous manager did blah, blah....they have an excuse for everything and expect you to pay them management fees for extremely poor service.
