Ok, so this used to be my favourite branch to get pizza from- I even used to drive an extra 20mins from my house to get pizza here rather than from the pizza joints near my house. Pizza used to be absolutely fantastic treat, lately though they have been downsizing the bases and the pizza has gotten more greasy. The prices have also gone up at least $2-3 which is not good considering their drop in quality. This was all something I could put up with for my pizza treat but what really was the last straw for my faith in this particular outlet was when I received fantastic news about a new career opportunity and wanted to celebrate with a pizza treat with family and we got there and they had completely messed up the order. My partner and I are vegetarian, and his pizza had only 1 of his 4 toppings and was smothered in bacon. We politely explained to them that this wasn't the right order/couldn't make do being vego. What we were offered was store credit or to wait 20mins as our 4 other pizzas went cold for the other one. Just getting a refund took at least 5-10 mins of heated conversation. So, whilst this place used to be great they are no longer reliable, their bases are thinner, prices went up, and customer service was appalling. From manager and to a lesser extent other staff.

Approximate cost: $10

You have to try the dessert pizzas and the potato skins while they are available. The pizzas are pretty good all the time too. Good value.

Approximate cost: $15
