Excuse after excuse! Beware these scammers.

Pre-ordered a DVD Feb 2022 - then the release was postponed on several occasions. I requested a refund and I am still waiting. Finally, I wrote asking when the release will be rescheduled and once again March 2023 (1 year later) - in the meantime, no refund and no DVD materialised or any communication. I purchase a copy from overseas much cheaper than the Australian release. Never again would I purchase from this outlet or recommend this retailer.

I ordered "in stock" items for Christmas last year in November. It is now March and they are still stating that the item will come next month. I have asked on several occasions about the location, and I get excuses from Pandemic to logistical issues. I have not been offered a refund or anything, being that I ordered an In Stock item, and then finding out that they had made a mistake about this item. Definitely would not shop here in future.

I ordered two Pop Vinyl Stranger things figures on August 18. Now 11th September. Nephew's birthday is the 13th. Have emailed and messaged DVDLand and NOTHING. They don't have a phone number. Sourced more from EBay and tomorrow I think I'll sic PayPal on them. Avoid.

I ordered two pop vinyls from here. They were said to be one week back ordered, which is fine. Three weeks have passed with no change in shipping or tracking. After reaching out to them, they told me it would be another TWO MONTHS before they would send me my items! That’s almost three entire months I’d have to wait in total. They didn’t even let me know about how long it would be until I asked where it was, and even then they acted as if another two months, after waiting three weeks, was nothing. Awful awful awful service. Don’t even consider using them honestly.

They have been listing items that do not have and also have failed in multiple occasions to fulfill my pre-orders. In both occasions they just simply insist on offering a refund rather than working on the fulfilment of the pre-ordered items. Save yourself time and effort by avoiding them at all cost. Although their Product Review rating is showing as 5 star, this truly does not reflect on the experience that I have with them.

I have used Dvdland a few times to purchase hard to find dvds such as fitness dvds and also music concerts. Their prices are fairly cheap, although it pays to compare the exact dvds that you are after on different websites as sometimes they aren't the cheapest option.

The website is relatively easy to use, place an order and pay for your order using Paypal or your credit card.

Dvd's have always arrived within a few days of purchasing them and are brand new and sealed dvds.
