Had lunch here and was very pleased to find gluten free Pub Lentil patty and satay sauce burger available for $10. Sat outside and enjoyed it. My husband had fish and chips (surprise) and that was also enjoyed. Good spot.

After having spent some time in UK pubs, this place looked all too familiar (but not quite as rickety as some of the places I'd seen).... the food was of an okay standard - I had a beef burger while the rest of the family shared a chicken parma. Beer was cold, but there was not a great range to choose from. Not an outstanding place, but far from the worst place I've been (yes, some of those UK pubs weren't too flash!)

We pop down to ACT about twice a year from Newcastle and found the food EXCELLENT! the beer selection needs a make over too many queer beers but overall its great so is Filthy McFaddens its kewl as well

I've been here a few times, but never of my choosing. Something about the decor turns me off, and the crowded small dance floor and bad cover bands don't draw me in either, BUT having said all that i always seem to have fun here. They do decent pub grub and surprisingly even cocktails.
