Incredibly rude staff & owner - I was upsold an inappropriate dress ($330) for a wedding as the one I was interested in didn't fit and their sizes don't go above size 14 (I'm 14-16). When I asked to return it for a refund the next day the staff and owner were incredibly rude & insulting - she actually hung up on me when i tried to explain a credit note wouldn't work as none of their clothes fit me. Will never shop here again. There's other stores with just as nice high end fashion where as a customer you are at least treated with kindness & respect.

Shopping for jeans - a difficult experience at the best of times - the sales assistant and owner were outstanding in their knowledge of product and were very friendly and helpful. No attitude here! Ending up going back 2 days later to purchase the shoes I had tried on same day as jean purchase. Great looking store, really nice upmarket but welcoming atmosphere.
