My mother passed away recently and we organised for Dubock Funerals to arrange and carry out the Funeral. Everything was arranged with a minimum of fuss. The family could not recommend Dubock Funerals highly enough for the little extras they provided at no extra cost.

Overall Dubock Funerals were very good to deal with – Kind, compassionate and nothing was a problem for them to organise. BUT they did incorrectly advertise the time of my Dad's funeral (11am instead of 1pm) which unfortunately did impact on some of Dad's friends and work colleagues attending his service. I understand we are all human and mistakes are made, and Adrian did re-advertise but unfortunately some people still came at 11am and couldn't stay for the 1pm service. My Mum was particularly upset and distressed by this mistake...
Also I was not happy about being charged on the bill for the funeral notice – seeing as you had incorrectly advertised it initially and UNCLEARLY re-advertised it again... I thought charging me was in very poor taste and as it was YOUR ERROR, you should just not put it on the invoice!! I didn't pay it out of principle but it still made me feel cross and annoyed that you would even do that at such a time!!
Overall it was a good experience – the service was well organised. If not for the funeral time error it would have been exceptional...
