They cook the chicken in an alcoholic beverage - wine, champagne or brandy, and then have some form of stuffing.
It different than your standard chicken and so much better tasting :)

I have been going here for years. Love it, and they do a gluten free chicken too. The chips are yummy and the chicken is stuffed with yummy things. I always get the combo. Delicious.

Everything was probably 3 & 1/2 stars. The chicken comes in varying wine marinades and was very good. The chips were delicious. A different alternative to regular BBQ chicken takeaway.
