Super helpful. Actually recommended I don't fix my car - not worth it. But gave suggestions of who to contact for a second opinion plus ideas on short-term get me out of trouble. Nothing in it for them, yet really willing to advise. Plus they did a good job on my wife's car previously.
Ian is one of the most honest mechanics I have come across - in fact he is the most honest, he quotes fairly and will be up-front if there are additional charges involved and keeps you fully informed every step of the way. Highly recommend him to anyone on the Peninsula.
