Vicki's service is second to none. She has managed both of my pregnancies and I was always confident I was in great hands. In my first pregnancy in particular, I had a few issues that were handled efficiently, with empathy, and with a competency and confidence that completely managed any anxiety I was feeling. Vicki's style is direct and concise combined with a manner that is very approachable where you feel you could ask her anything. Her admin team are also fantastic and not afraid to intervene to assist with eg putting pressure on pathology to obtain test results quickly as was my experience, thus understanding the sensitivity and urgency I associated with them. Vicki's a great operator, we'll be back.

Vicki was incredibly supportive throughout my pregnancy. Being a female Doctor and having had a baby herself she was able to empathise with many of my symptoms and gave very good advice regarding the management of them. She is a consummate professional, she communicates very well and is extremely respectful of her patients' time never leaving them waiting in the waiting room for too long. I had an incredible birth and found Vicki extremely supportive and excited for me (as if it was the first delivery she had ever done). I really appreciate the amount of care Vicki and her team showed my husband and I and I will no doubt be back for number 2.
