I am a 73 yr old female. I had a Total anterior hip replacement on the 28th April 2021. I felt so safe knowing Dr Patrick was going to operate on me. What a miracle of an outcome I have had regarding my surgery. I walked 4hrs after my op with the help of a walker. My pain was minimal after the op to what I was experiencing before the op and was controlled with pain relief. It was three weeks when I haven't had to use my walker cane or crutches. I haven't had to take any pain relief since then. I don't have pain at all now I am totally pain free . I intend to use this second lease of life to my best advantage and can't thank this wonderful Doctor for giving me this. My stay in St Andrews hospital was just the best you could have. I was truly blessed, everything regarding my recovery was so beyond my expectations. Thank you Dr Patrick you are the best

An excellent surgeon who is caring of his patients needs. He is able to easily explain the most difficult parts of a procedure with ease that anyone can understand.
I have two total hip replacements under his care with great success. His care continues into other joints etc that may impact on recovery and will quickly refer you to the appropriate specialist immediately the need arises.
