I had a breast reduction one year ago. Dr Yap spent a lot of time beforehand explaining the procedure, including the risks involved. Everyone I came across from Lyn, Dr Yap's assistant, to the nurses at the hospital, showed me nothing but respect and courtesy.
I had a very hard time immediately after the operation as the emotional turmoil of actually 'losing' a part of me, was not something I had counted on. Dr Yap and the nurses helped me work through my mixed feelings. Twelve months later I am very happy with the procedure and I am glad I had it done. I do have keloid scaring under the breast line but that is just my skin type unfortunately, and has nothing to do with Dr Yap's skill or expertise. I would highly recommend Dr Yap to anyone considering breast surgery. She is an extremely approachable and skilled professional.

Dr Nicole Yap performed a bilateral breast reduction on me in 2011. I was totally impressed with Dr Yap's caring and professional approach from our first appointment. Ligation major vein in both legs, the doctor explained everything from what will happen where the cuts will be. The hospital staff from pre-op hold, theatre, recovery and also the ward where fantastic. Both legs were well bandaged and I had no pain. Doctor came to check up on my to make sure I was alright. Was discharged the next day. Both of my legs are good and am wearing compression stockings the cuts have also healed and the ulcer on my right leg has healed, also and the color pigmentation in the legs have returned to normal color. Lyn from Doctor Yaps office made courtesy call two days later to make sure that everything is well with me, which I appreciated it. I am very pleased with the results.

I had some moles removed from my face neck and shoulder and I am very pleased with the result, the scare on my face can hardly been seen. A wonderful job
