Not very happy with the Usher Clinic, They are not very quick with the blood test results, I’m still waiting after 2 weeks for my. Results when most people get them in 2 days. Having too go down there to get the results they said hasn’t someone called you yet we need you to come back and do man other test as your iron level is high and can lead to a Heart Attack. Well that nearly gave me a Heart Attack obviously they are to busy to care if I have a heart attack. So I got another blood test, 10 days later still waiting for results so I went down there again. The receptionist told me she can not give me the results because they are personal results. I said yes they are my results, I will have to get the doctor to call you, I said ok between 12.30pm and 1.30pm would be fine. Guess what still no phone call and it’s now 3.15pm. I thought I might write this as I might be DEAD Tomorrow.

The waiting list may be long but that just speaks volumes for their large clientele. They are so flexible and will to go the extra mile, faxing through a script to the Pharmacy across the road if you can't get an appointment.. and the receptionists are always so friendly. A top quality Doctors Surgery.

as everyone knows getting into see a doctor can be very very hard but with these doctors as long as you are a regular patient and it is an emergency (sick kids!!) they will try their very best to see you.

I see Dr Dorkham. The first time I went to see him 9 years ago was for a skin cancer. He was one of the best cancer surgeons in the south west of WA. I walked in and told him that I did not like his kind, he replied straight away that he did not like patients, but had to make a living. This set the mood and he now looks after myself and my family, including my in laws who have moved to this area. I like him because he does not give out information unless he has checked it first.
