had them move us twice. Once from warrnambool-portland then from Portland-melbourne. the first time they were average with the length of time they took and the directive they took on what things went to storage or home. The 2nd time - our sons cot was damaged not just scraped but had big chunks out of the ends and had a big wicker chair inside of it - they didn't take it down to transport it and tried to shuffle it through doorways. they only replaced the cot after numerous phonecalls. a bookcase was also damaged significantly though they refused to take responsibility.
