Doors measured and installed too small, wind noise and gaps. Got an inspection agreed installed with too big a gap but not fixed as further significant shrinkage was blamed on not being painted properly. Just terrible quality of door and service. Such a waste of money

Sorry to have to add more complaints about this company, but the reviews are correct. Started off not too well when the wrong doors were delivered. Ended up having to wait an extra week for the doors. OK, these things happen, but just mentioning because it wasn't the first stuff-up on their part. Next, one of the supplied door handles was missing two screws. Now we're talking about 5 cents worth of screws here, but I thought I might as well go back and get the right ones. Rather than just replacing them right away though, they accused me of losing the screws and I had to argue for 5 minutes. Eventually they gave me the new screws. Next we realise that the latch for the door handle is bent. This is the same set that was missing the screws, so clearly this was a defective package that must have skipped quality control. Anyway, back to the shop and again the same argument, this time accusing us of damaging the latch. I had better things to do with my time, so just left. After spending over $800 at their business, to then be arguing about a $30 door handle clearly demonstrates that these guys have big customer service problems. In this day and age when I could just order this sort of product on the internet or go to a big chain stores, these small operators should know that customer service is where they can win out. Unfortunately I think I'll be sticking with businesses who care about their ongoing relationships with their customers.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Has a terrible, terrible attitude and no idea how to speak to or treat people in general. I wish I had read the reviews before I used them!

Absolutely awful service and product. Faulty installation and doors needed to be replaced after a few years (but not their problem apparently). Agree with the other user reviews - have never posted a review before but felt it necessary to after dealing with them at Doors Galore. 0 stars if could. Keep away!!!

They have no customer service!!! I have never posted any bad reviews us I move on, but in this instance I can't believe the way we have been treated & spoken to. Not helpful at all! Once they have your money you nothing to them.

Andrew was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Products are mid to high end so not the cheapest option, but still a strong recommend.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Late and poorly advised. I will never use their services again or recommend them.
