I wanted to buy quite a few donuts to bring to a family party. There were 2 staff members on, one was in the middle of serving, the other was maybe cleaning as it was nearly the end of the day. I was waiting probably close to 5 mins for the other lady to serve me or at least be told they'd be with me as soon as they could. As I never got acknowledged I left and went elsewhere.
Very dissapointing service as other Donut King's are quite good. Definitely room for improvement on customer service.
