My food was not delivered, despite me waiting on the front porch for the delivery. Very surprised to get a message saying my food had been delivered. Reported to Menulog the same night, but nothing has happened. I have lost $40, and will never order from Domino's Lower Plenty again. Although I wonder if it was the driver or the restaurant, I found it interesting that I normally get a test message that my food is on the way, but nothing that night. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!

This store is appalling! Staff are very rude and they do not follow safe food prep practices. I saw them using their bare hands to prepare the pizzas when they are supposed to wear plastic gloves. The pizza is disgusting, much better off going up the road to [redacted - mentions alternative business by name]!
