I got in contact with DGF to try to return 2 items I purchased over a week ago in store. Sent an email to your staff. Got one reply telling me to call the store and that I have to return the items in person. Yet all stores are currently closed due to COVID-19 and no one is answering the phone. I have visited my local store in the Westfield 3 times now in the hope of it being open and it is always closed. I have emailed multiple times asking for a return postage address to be provided and am being ignored by the staff. Your return policy is 14 days. It's ridiculous. Please provide some measure for you to fulfill the terms of your return policy.

I LITTRELY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY SO MANY PEOPLE ARE GIVING THEM 1 STAR REVIEWS?! honestly i was extremely skeptical about buying my year 12 formal dress from their website (Prom for america), because you know its a pretty big deal and you want to look bomb! I saw this dress on their website and i absoloutely fell in love with it! And it was pretty cheap ($67), i previously bought a jump suit from their in-store 2 years ago for my year 10 (homecomming) and it was pretty good quality, but i was still extremely paranoid that the dress would no look like how it's pictured on the site or that the sizing would not fit me. Anyways my friends basically forced me to get it as i was just staring at the dress online 24/7, even before i bought it i called them not once but TWICE to ask if the dress was going to look exactly like what it looks like on the model and both times the person i talked to on the phone was super nice and ensured me. The dress came in 3 days and i got updated on where my dress was and got to pick how it was delivered to my house. Once i got it i was still extremely paranoid about the dress but as soon as i opened the package my heart dropped and i was so surprised! it looked exactly how i thought it'd look like and fitted perfectly on me! I seriously dont understand why theres so much hate from them. I'm posting this because before i bought from them i was reading all your comments on sites like these and got 10 times more paranoid. and i want people to know from my experience (atleast) its positive and i recommend them to everyone!!! (keep in mind this is for the formal wear though im not sure about other stuff)

I can't believe that people are giving this company anything but a 1 star review. Their products are so cheap and poor quality. I purchased a major haul my first order, about 10 dresses/ play suit out of the whole group I liked 2 of the items. The way the items are pictured you can not dertermin the quality. Everything looks very "cheap". When I contacted customer service they refused to allow me to return any item. Caution anyone looking to buy from this store!

Honestly i bought a few dresses and playsuits off Dgf i later one decide to read the reivews and was disgusted and already regretes purchasing off dfg, i was wrong. It arrived in 4 days and was exactly what i wanted, perfect fit, amazing quality and nice matiral. 5/5 and will be shopping there agian.

I'm based in Australia and buy clothes online, I must admit Dolly Girl Fashion clothing is poor quality compared to other Australian clothing boutiques. There service is slow and delivery is expensive even if you spend over $100. Whereas other clothing companies offer free express shipping over $50. There refund and return policy is appalling, tried to email and call the customer service team and nothing was amended. I don't recommend this store, my two purchases with them were extremely frustrating due to the fact the picture and clothes don't even look alike, yet the fabric is poorly designed and cut.

There are a lot of things that you can buy here and there are many things that are in fashion. The price is really expensive though and the service isnt great.

when i went in i fell in love with all there styles. the service was brilliant and they quality was great as well. I liked how when I walked in I was greeted by nice young girl who helped me find what i was looking for. I recommend checking it out!

The clothes sold here are of great quality and there's a wide range. However the prices are a bit pricey. But Hey! i bought a pair of track suit pants and they've lasted me for over 3 years now... and still haven't been worn out.!

Dolly Girl always has new arrivals of stock coming in weekly. I am a regular customer and always rely on them for my weekend outfits. The assistants are always happy to help (unless you don't buy anything). They have a good range of women's clothes, bags and accessories. The prices are ok, not good for value for not outrageously pricey. All in all, a good place to go for a new addition to your wardrobe.
