Receptionist staff are extremely polite, caring and helpful. They will always offer an appointment on the day I telephone.

My favorite GP is Dr Levy. He works 3 days a week, as he is semi retired.
He has an impeccable manner, is always smiley, is thorough with examinations and has great listening skills. He truly cares for his patients.

Overall, high recommendation of this medical practice

I'm a new patient at 'Doctors at Coomera' and I was very impressed. They were professional and I didn't have to wait very long. It was also rather easy to become a new patient.

Finally! A doctor that listens and takes my concerns seriously. Reception are friendly and effiecent, they confirm your appointments the day before. Doctors are professional, friendly and thorough. They have recently stopped blanket bulk billing, but children, pensioners, etc are all still bulk billed. I had food poisoning once and was throwing up so they gave me a shot that stopped that straight away. Not sure if that's standard practice elsewhere ( I doubt it) I was so thankful at the time!

Doctors and receptionists are always lovely and always give you a reminder call for an appointment. They always listen and really try to help to solve the problem

Best Medical Centre I have EVER been to. Efficient staff, always on time and great doctors. I can recommend all of the doctors there and the nursing staff are very professional and well versed in all medical procedures.

this doctors surgery is one i will use for a very long time. The drs dont rush you in and out and they listen to what you have to say. The receptionists call you to confirm your appointment too which is handy sometimes as i forget.

I have been going to the same doctor for years now. I always feel like he takes the time to listen and that I am not in a production line. I am impressed with the personal service.
