I haven't even made it to the appointment & the service is so bad that I will not be going. I had been given a gift voucher (purchased & paid in full at the store). When I tried to book an appointment I was met with sighs and rudeness as I was told they had too many people with vouchers & didn't have time for people using vouchers. I assume they thought I had a Spreets voucher which they obviously did not want to honour. I pushed the matter further & was finally told I could get an appointment in 3 weeks. After I hung up I called back & didn't mention that I had a gift certificate & asked to book in for the facial - you can imagine my surprise when I was told they could fit me in today, tomorrow or whenever I like. So to clear the matter up if I was paying cash they want me as a customer but if I use my gift certificate they don't. What kind of customer service does this place offer - pretty bad. I know they thought I was using a Spreets voucher but they are the ones that choose to offer Spreets vouchers so why are they not accepting them. After just reading all the bad reviews & from my own experience I strongly recommend that you do not use Divinity.
