Worse service ever ! One girl there [Retracted Identifying information] is absolutely rude ! The waxing was painful (relative to other places) and in the end I've had patches of hair still on various parts of my leg.

Recently discovered this little salon. Glad to have stumbled across these waxing specialists they were very thorough and efficient. Tried pretty much all therapists and they're all competent and friendly!

The salon was clean and I was ushered in for my treatment on time. I had some waxing done and it was quite painful - more so than usual - in fact I bled in some places following the waxing which has never happened before. So quite rough treatment. I don't know if it is because they used the same strips a number of times or the wax wasn't right but whatever the reason, it was very unpleasant and I wouldn't go back.

Best brazilian and waxing ive had, always thorough and so quick! Laid back environment, dont feel intimidated like other salons. Most importantly hygienic and great value for money. Always busy but always accommodating.

The service here is very inconsistent from visit to visit, and therapist as well. The therapists are all very friendly but they often seem inexperienced with the work and the end result is disappointing. The prices charged for the service provided do not add up.

Their website says they are brazilian experts so I gave them a go. The therapists were all fairly young, and the manager was friendly. The therapist who did the waxing was very very quick, it was all finished in less than 10 mins. I found it a bit rough and she didn't tidy up the landing strip with some simple trimming..so I had to do it myself! But overall it's not bad, there is metered parking or park at Broadway and walk up for 5 mins.
