After deciding to "get healthy" I lost 40kg over a few months with the help of a friend who got me started on healthy eating and juicing. I then attended one of Dr Ari's weekly education series sessions, and was amazed at how much I learned in an hour. With some of the references Ari mentioned I went off and spent the next few months really educating myself on all the areas that affect a persons health. Although I did not have any direct issues (pain) I was surprised to find how big an impact spinal and nerve health had on my overall wellbeing, especially in the ability for my digestive system to properly extract nutrients out of the healthy foods I was now eating. It`s hard to explain how special Ari & his influence are in my family`s life. "Chiropractor" seems to be about the spine...when Ari is so much more!! Like most people, I assumed chiro was purely to assist with back pain / issues. How wrong I was! From the moment I first walked into Aris practice, I felt I was in a place of special care. Everything is specially designed for care and comfort & relaxation the dcor, the colours, the background music, the filtered water and the friendliness and smiles of the 2 receptionists. I had some back pain after lifting my youngest grandchild, and wanted to avoid anything serious down the track I didnt want to end up being in pain and bent over. Since going to see Ari the pain has gone and my x-rays now show the spine of a person in their 20s pretty good for a grandmother! Recently, Ari has also helped me to almost completely eliminate daily headaches caused by hormonal imbalances, and pain from an hiatus hernia. As a result, Ive avoided any invasive medical procedures. My husband had suffered pain in his right leg every day for years he woke up with it, and it would gradually go during the day. He went to traditional chiropractors but that did not help. He then went to see Ari. My husband was very sceptical, especially after the first session, as Ari barely touched him [certainly, there was no manipulation]. It took a great deal of persuasion to get him to go back.
