I have just bought a new property in Williamstown and I went to Direct Mobile Conveyancing. I actuallly had the owner of the company Linda do all the paperwork for me. She was very thorough investigating that nothing was wrong with the property. The settlement took place as arranged which sometimes you have to wait. Linda was well presented in her work attire, she was always friendly and so was her staff and nothing was too much trouble even when I would ring her.
