A un-organised travel agency that rushes to get sales. I paid them in full (nearly $5000) in advance and they never delivered my tickets; even up to the date I was supposed to depart. Very disappointed and was very difficult to get a refund. I felt like I was being pushed around and taken advantage of. Would not recommend their services at all.
