Finley property's r good priced and in well sourced locations property manager on phone is polite and Kai who has show me around a few property's is always polite good at communications and knows the property's well I just hope i get excepted to be a excellent tennant for them soon .I believe that they would be a good real estate agent to rent thru. And I would be happy to rent thru them...

We have been looking for an apartment to rent for our daughter for over the last six weeks. During that time we have met many real estate agents who have not responded to enquires, not been at an inspection on time or even at all. It has been a very frustrating process indeed.

This stands in stark contrast to the excellent experience we have enjoyed with Lachlan. He has been professional, courteous and accommodating. As opposed to other agents, he has seemed interested in working with us, rather than we working for him as other agents have made us feel.

In three days, we saw the property twice, submitted and signed the application. All due to the agents outstanding work.

Dingle Partner's was the leading agent fit my investment property in the city. The agents did not care about the condition of the property. When I went for the final inspection the place has not been cleaned, there was still sauce stains on the kitchen cupboard and fit marks on the living room wall. When I asked the agents to get the tenants to clean the apartment properly they said their is nothing they can do and asked me to clean it myself.

Horrible experience and only care about their cut off the rent but don't want to do anything to earn it.

Will never use Dingle Partner's for anything every again.

I am an owner with a property managed by Dingle. Service levels have been dropping over the last year.

Incorrect lease agreements emailed out, incorrect statement emailed out and erroneous fees being charged on my account. This means other peoples personal information is being sent to me, and potentially my personal information has been sent to others.

To make these matter more frustrating, the property manager is never available when calling the office, and does not provide a mobile contact number.

Will be looking to take my business elsewhere once the current agreement expires.

I have built a relationship with Natalie McAsey, Jacqui Douglas and the team at Dingle Partners to manage the leases for 2 of my inner city apartments. Their initial advice on rental income and their ability to source good tenants has been appreciated.
Natalie to date has exceeded any expectations I had with a real estate agent managing properties. At all times my properties have been well maintained, reported & updated where required. I would highly recommend Dingle Partners to manage your property.

These guys were great for me. I needed an apartment in the CBD for a friend of mine. The girls at the LaTrobe street office were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me and my friend.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ARE NOT WELCOMED HERE

My friend who in urgent need to get an apartment have been searching apartment across Melbourne, calling every agent advertised in property websites, out of them all Dingle Partners seems to be having the worst customer service, does not seem to regard international student as prospective occupier. My friend asked for enquiry about two different apartments, in different time, and straightaway was asked about his status, International/local, how long has he been staying here and such
(keep in mind, my friend was only asking about inspection time, because to inspect their properties, we are required to make an appointment)

in both times, before they hung up, they told my friend that they will call him, but they never did. So, what they actually do to my friend is giving a false hope, my friend waited for their call and after we did not hear anything from them for like a week, my friend finally decided to moved on to other agents as most properties are lent out already and of course my friend did not want to ended up homeless

other agent were very welcoming and informative, also they are very friendly
