Gorgeous girls; amazing staff. Everyone very friendly and warm. A pleasure going to see them.
Only thing: wouldn't get a massage there any longer. Whilst I don't feel there is anything wrong with their treatment, as they are good therapists, it's not the right atmosphere for a massage. Unfortunately you can hear way too much noise in the background, from the treatment room - phones ringing, staff talking, customers talking, even children talking (even though they shouldn't be there as this is meant to be a place of retreat for adults). Having said that, massages are cheaper here than more 'official' spa places. Perhaps that's why - because you won't really get a relaxing massage as it's not the environment for it. I'd still rather pay twice the price elsewhere for some peace during this treatment.
Otherwise, no other complaints. It's a lovely business. Nicest place in PL.

Decent salon, clean and bright.

Some staff can be quite rude, if/when there is someone at reception is the only time you get greeted, particularly the girls on the nail bar will ignore you when you arrive. I found that quite awkward on my first visit but am used to it now. A simple hello and a smile would go a long way - It almost feels like if you're not that persons client you are invisible. Arriving without 'checking in'/advising name and appointment time is a strange concept to me.

Prices are good value, neither under nor over priced, however I have NEVER had an appointment start on time, they are always running 10-15minutes late. Just my personal experience to date.

I continue to come here entirely because Monica does a great job and is so lovely.

Had a pedicure which i was happy with, the girls were lovely and the salon is nicely set out. My appointment time ran to schedule.

Monica wI had a 2 and half hour pamper pack given to me for my birthday. Monica was my technician and she was wonderful. Being 20 weeks pregnant, it was a little difficult to sit or lie anywhere for a long time. Monica was incredible conscience of this and ensured my visit was very comfortable. After a massage, facial and pedicure that included a paraffin treatment, I felt like I was walking on a cloud. I will be back at Dina's and will be asking for Monica. as
