Have found the staff to be quite knowledgable, friendly service without being pushy for a sale, and they have a good range of laptops, Tv's, digital cameras etc. The website lets u see if the store has what u want in stock.
This dick smith shop is well laid out and has a bit of everything. Service staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and will help you browse or buy. Very happy to shop here-have been a customer on multiple occasions. Staff are very flexible with returns/refunds/upgrades of products.
