needed a new power connection for a phone. Took the old one with me and was assured that the one they recommended was OK. Phone charged with this new power connection, but there was a constant buzzing while speaking. Ended up sending phone back to supplier who provided me with a new connection. Said that the connection I had purchased was incorrect. Phone now working as it should
