Melanie at Diamonds Plus Jewellers in Lismore was really helpful. Having looked around at other places for what I was looking for, I found the service from others wasn't even close to what Melanie at Diamonds Plus offered. She was friendly, helpful conversational and helped find just what I needed! There was a small mixup with another staff member charging for something that had already been included, but after speaking with Melanie, everything was promptly sorted out. Highly recommended.
My Husband and I went into this store looking for a new engagement ring after I lost my original ring. The service the staff provided was excellent. They are friendly, informed and only to willing to help. We are definitely going to buy my new ring there and I will buying there in the future.
I found that they had some lovely pieces of jewellery but the service was a little disappointng, the staff seemed fairly distracted when talking to them. It is a lovely looking store and well presented.
