I purchased a necklace from this store and was told if I change my mind I would get my money back. When I returned the next day with the package still wrapped, I was told they dont refund but they would give me a voucher. I didnt want the voucher I just wanted my money back. I will not be going back to this store and I will let everyone know that they are not professional
