I went to this shop to have a new diamond put into my engagement ring and the lady (I think she is the owner) was fantastic. It only took less than a week to do and when I walked in she knew my name straightaway.

they redesigned a ring for me and done a good job but I lost a diamond out of my ring but they replaced it no worry for free.

The staff in this store know their products and are very friendly and helpful. Quite a pleasant shopping experience for me on this day. I was very happy with my purchase.
