For an expert charity all about diabetes, the staff in their shop and on the phone for that matter, can be very unhelpful with diabetes-related matters. Prices and range of products is nothing special. I have waited quite some time in the queue of just a few people at their shop. The wait on the phone can be long too, and their online store has been shut for many months. I get better service at my local chemist, but unfortunately need some products that are only sold here. I have worked out the DA-SA online store will ship to Melbourne so that is a help.
