To the person who warned people against using this accounting firm... I have known them for a few years now. My husband have been through a great deal of hardships and unexpected changes that totally turned our lives upside down repeatedly over the past ten years. One consequence of the turmoil we endured being we were unable to file for our taxes for a period of five years. It was a financial nightmare that caused us a great deal of anxiety and many sleepless nights. By chance, I happened to meet them. they helped me to focus on what documentation I needed to find for them to be able to successfully file our taxes, and they got us a lot more money back on our tax refunds than we ever thought possible. At that time we couldn't even afford the fee for their services which actually is VERY REASONABLE. Understanding our predicament, was kind enough to allow us to pay her fee out of our refund. Without their expertise, we never could have resolved our tax issues. We have been using them as our accountants ever since and could never be more pleased with their services. They are highly ethical and knowledgeable professionals who personally care about and for their clients. We trust their judgement on financial matters implicitly. So much so, that if we were to suddenly win a huge sum of money in Lotto, and we wanted financial counsel on how best to use the money, they would be our accountants for life, because we know they would never cheat us and would always do their utmost to work on our behalf and would always find a legitimate way to find the maximum beneficial uses for our money.

I've used this accountant for a number of years. I have always found her and her employees to be very helpful, prepared to spend a lot of time and go the extra yard on numerous matters. I have found her charges to be extremely reasonable against other accountants that I have used in the past and would have no hesitation in recommending this practice anyone!

Just a warning to everyone out there, please don't use this accountant, she is the worst accountant that I've been to. She wasn't able to do her job properly and yet she charged you a hefty amount. The amount of tax return that I got back wasn't enough to cover her cost. I ended up going to another accountant, and this one was way better. So even if you decided to use this account, make sure you confirm the fee in writing upfront, as she would change her mind later on how much she would charge you. be warned!
